Refund and Return Policy

Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days for purchases made at Bellwot and Beelow Show Shop. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
  • Shoes must be returned without signs of wear and in their original box.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that show visible signs of use or damage caused by improper handling.
  • Customized or made-to-order shoes.
  • Clearance or sale items.

Return Procedure

  • Customers must call and inform our courier partner, KoombiyoDelivery, to arrange the return. Contact details will be provided upon request.
  • Ensure the product is securely packaged for safe return.

Refund Process

  • Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • If you need an exchange, email us at info@quixel.lk and send the product via KoombiyoDelivery.

Shipping Returns

  • Returns must be shipped to [physical address] using KoombiyoDelivery.
  • Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable, and the refund amount will exclude these costs.
